DO NOT DESPAIR!

As far as club membership is concerned, all you have to do to become a member is add the club to your devWATCH list. The deviation submissions are gonna be a bit difficult to handle; I probably won't have free access to a computer for, like, 3 months (no, I'm not going to prison XD), but I'll try my best not to disappoint anyone. So send your artworks in anyway.

Near is one of the orphans at Wammy's House, and is also the first in line to succeed L.

1. You have to love the little fluffball, or at least admit that he is too damn cute for his own good.

Join: Note the club or ~SissySamurai if you want to join. Don't comment on the front page with requests to join; they'll be ignored. Utterly.

Submit artworks: Same as above- either note the club or ~SissySamurai with a link to your artwork/fanfic/whatever.

Promote: Simply put a link to the club in your journal and/or signature.

For journals -> type : icon near-fanclub : minus the spaces and you'll get this --> . Note that icons don't work in signatures.

For signatures and/or journals -> type : dev near-fanclub : (sans spaces) and voila! ~near-fanclub
